i wanted the free wrist straps nintendo are sending out. not that i use them or anything....just wanted something delivered to my door =B. so i unplugged my wii to get the serial number, but was too lazy to plug everything back.

i'll do it tomorrow i guess.

Holy good lord, TV-Links is awesome. The quality is so good. I'm so disappointed they took down Seinfeld though. I was aware of Wiicade, but never found anything I liked there except for Curveball.

omg tv-links IS awesome. i watched all 14 episodes of Heroes...good show. could be better. i just wish they would just cut off all of "oh no, what are you saying...thats ridiculous, its impossible...come back to reality" bullshit. waste of time and it drives me absolutely mad.

I don't understand what the code is for. I just looked up one thing and it made it sound like my wii code, once given, could be passed along to other people. And gave the impression it was for interacting with real people.

I'm in parent mode. I can't let people leave messages where my child can see them.

I let him play X-Box live, without a headset, and forbid him to answer the PM's. And I usually watch him play.

Essentially what it is, is a code very much like a gamer tag on Xbox Live, except to my knowledge you can't use a headset to communicate with other gamers at this point.

It's not a code that can be used to steal, it's only internal. The only thing you can use it for at this point is for sending messages, trading Mii's (player characters), and battling online on certain games. So, it's basically like Xbox Live.

It's no different. I know we asked for yours, it's your call if you want to use it. If I did get it, I assure you I'd keep things PG. You've got a family after all. :)
