get a big bowl.
pour in a can of crushed pineapple (drained of course).
add pistachio jello fat free mix
add 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
add 1 pkg (8oz) sugar free cool whip.
stir up nice and let sit for maybe 20 minutes. then eat.

that's what i thought, however, i do recognize the fact that once sweetened, cottage cheese ceases to smell like old socks and is actually edible, not to mention healthy.

um, if you eat the whole thing. a normal serving, say 1/2 to 1 cup, is probably under 100.

jason, if we're ever in the same space, and you make it for me, I'll try it....but I'm not gonna try to make it my own self.

Maybe I would use it as a spread on something, like a thin wafter cookie. it looks like it needs some crunch.

me and debbie made this pistachio pudding and we were going to make a pie out of it, but we messed up or something... oh i remember now, the crust was real loose so it fell apart.
we just took some graham crackers and used the pudding as dip. it ruled. it's good to improvise.

pistachio pudding sounds nice. i like pistachio ice cream. then again, i've never had an ice cream flavor that i disliked.

Pistachio is really underrated. It's heavenly.

i don't like actual pistachios, so i tend to avoid pistachio flavoured things.

mmmm. we didn't leave it in the fridge long enough, cause we're a couple of fats and couldn't wait to get our paws on it.
BTW peeps. mix a TUB of cool whip with 2 packs of pistachio pudding and see what a masterpiece it really is! Throw it in a graham cracker pie crust while you're at it!
That doesn't sound appetizing to me. I kind of like pistachios, but that won't make me make this :P Speaking of 'green stuff', my grandfather and aunt on my mom's side love this jellied salad my mom makes for the holidays. I personally find the whole idea disgusting. I don't remember exactly what is in it in except it is made with lime jello with pimentos and green olives in it. I can't seem to find the exact recipe.
