A suggestion? Have a sticky "H3re R sum wicked sites to get computer and tech news". I dunno, it would save pointless threads and then people could just post about rad or cool stuff? Yah it is. I almost think it should be set so that ANY topic that's not from the /. RSS and is not a spam-bot should be stickied!
