I didn't bother reading the article and just skipped for the james iha name in bold but in case anyone is interested to read 'http://www.villagevoice.com/nyclife/0644,romano,74886,15.html'

His portion...

"The much photographed ex-Smashing Pumpkins guitarist James Iha once requested I delete a photo I had just taken. "I'm so tired of being on blogs," he said—and watched as I erased his picture from my camera forever. "

Does this mean he KNOWS he's in blogs and he frequents them? Or he assumes the person is a blogger.

oh delusions of grandeur, James. it must suck being famous; all the 17 year old clubbers posting pictures of you to impress other 17 year olds that they took at the club you went to full of 17 year olds.

Furthermore why would someone with James' creds wanna be stuck in a room filled with scene kids.James takes acting his shoe size to a whole different level.

Damn him with his sensitive songs and perfect video eye shadow.

Is there still hope for the real slim iha?

hmm, my hair is kind of James-esque, but that was an accident. :( I'll see if I can capture it photographically in a James-esque-style-motif-fashionista-type-vogue. :O

I tried to capture myself as a James-ite, it dinnae work in one pic so I gave up. I tried looking for an old skool one of me with ultra-stupid hair, but it was on the old computer. Sorry to dash all your dreams!
