I went shopping yesterday...

and spent money I don't really have, but what the heck, I bought good things.

A lovely grey jumper with short ruchey sleeves
A dark grey jacket
A black floral silk dress which I am wearing back to front due to my general fabulousness
Black and white mary janes which are pleasingly copied from the Chanel ones and only £20, and they're comfortable as I wore them last night
Pink satin shoes with a slight platform thing going on, a bargain at £10
A scarf
Urban Decay Thames eyeliner which is one of my all time favourites and I'd run out
and the piece de resistance, ironic Chanel-style ipod holder which is fucking vile and was only £2. Yay!

I'm particularly happy because all the things I bought go with about 67 other things I already have, I love it when that happens.

it was! I am queen of the huge shopping spree, I tend to do it all at once rather than buy one thing at a time. I'm banned from Amazon for a month now though :( how will I manage???

the last thing i bought is a silky green top to wear out tonight on my friend's birthday. it was half off ($15 instead of 30) which is nice cause i'll probably never wear it again.

i guess the new phone i got the other day can count, but that was out of necessity because my old one crapped out. it's very cool, it's basically samsung's version of a RAZR(tm) but cost a fraction of what a RAZR(tm) would because it's not a trendy RAZR(tm).

and SAME about having no idea the last thing i bought. It might've been this kinda fugly crushed velour BCBG zipup with a giant sparkly peacock on the back for $7. And my mom paid for it : ( and that was months ago : (

im making money now, but im making it to save, but im going through shopping withdrawl and know i'm just gonna spend paycheck after paycheck on shoes and sweaters and jeans and shirts. I hate all my fucking shirts right now!!!

Yesterday I went to Berkeley with my friend and bought:

My belly button peircing
A nice big blue bag for school things
A pair of earrings for $3

And today at the renaissance fair:

A head garland thing

I have a motorola SLVR (like the RAZR, but it's not a flip-phone...it's just a tiny slim phone). But I LOVE IT. It's an awesome phone with neato features. Sometimes it can be a little bit wierd, but never for very long and it gets great reception everywhere I go.

Oh, and I only go shopping twice a year - around my birthday (with all my birthday money) and then again in the spring when I need new shorts n shirts for the summer.
