Some sports commentators have been saying that the U.S. should send the NBA champion or runner up as its representative instead. That way they would have some sort of chemistry. These international teams spend years practicing together, and the U.S. players get together for a couple weeks of practice and then try to compete.

I think they're right, the U.S. should do that. The best NBA team that is willing should be the one to represent the U.S.
