Has anyone been able to do more than 20 turns per game? My theory is that anyone playing 50 turns, will kill themselves before they reach turn # 34.

I did on the original mario party when it first came out years and years ago. We did the full ridiculous 100 turns or whatever the maximum was. God I was (am) a loser.

Don't feel bad I did it to and played enough to unlock EVERYTHING what a long pointless game but fun if u got a lot of people to play with. never played the other ones though just the first.

It's a very interactive board game, basically. Mario and all his friends go around a giant board and the goal, of course, is to be the first one to get to the "end" (in this case, it's the first one to collect the most stars).
The star changes locations throughout the coarse of the game though, so you have to go all over the board to reach the star. When you land on certain squares you can get shortcuts, challenge people to duels (you have to buy the stars, so you can deplete someone's coins to disable them from getting the star before you), or play minigames for prizes/coins.
It's hard to explain though. Try wikipedia (i will). It's a lot of fun, but it's hard to play more than 20 turns because that alone can take a good two hours.
