So, ummm, anyone wanna update me on what's been happening in world cricket in the last 3 months? I haven't followed it at all.

Nor have I. Channel 5 have the rights now. Only highlights too. Seems like Vaughn will be a question mark for the Ashes. Freddy is injured too.

Harmy was on fire the other day. 6 for 19. Panesar went 3 for 21. They are owning Pakistan.

Heh heh, I got Sky!

Jayawardene almost broke Lara's record and got 374 against SA. He and Sangakarra put on a new world record partnership of 612 for the 3rd wicket.

And Lancashire are back top of the county championship! :D

I went to Headingley for day 2, since my mate bought me a ticket, and I only live round the corner. Had a good day.

The crowd abuse Monty. The crowd abuse Monty?? Nothing like it! He's a total cult hero! They mockingly cheer when he does something good in the field because he's generally pretty inept in that department, but Monty is without doubt one of the favourites with the crowd.

He is not inept anymore. His fielding has improved dramatically over the last few months as he showed at Headingley.

The winners of the fancy dress award when I was there was a group of guys in superman costumes with Paneser beards and headscarfs.

One of the favourite chants of the day was "He's Sikh, He's Devout, He'll get the fuckers out, Panesar, Panesar"
