Just registered, James is my favorite Pumpkin for the record.

I'm looking at my Rolling Stone with Eddie Vedder on the front right now. Page 36 in the random notes column, under "on the scene." It shows a little picture with James in it! He's actually looking good in this one. Must have got him on a good day. Doesn't look as old as he usually does (not that he's really that old anyway).

Under the picture it says "Adams (second from left), Schlesinger (middle) and Iha flanked by America's Dewey Bunnell (left) and Gerry Beckley"

And by a bullet point it says "James Iha, Ryan Adams, and Adam Schlesinger of Fountains of Wayne jamming with America on "A Horse With No Name" at B.B. King's in New York. Iha and Schlesinger are producing a new America album."

I wasn't aware that Iha was actually in Fountains of Wayne... But hey, the magazine makes mistakes a lot, unless I'm missing something.

Actually it states that he is in on the Producing with the Front man of FOW, but doesn't say whether it is a FOW album or somthing else..

But yes he is looking rather well.. He needs black hair... I'm not digging the whiteness

James is producing an album for the band America, the band that sang "A Horse With No Name" along with Adam Schlesinger.

It didn't say James is in Fountains of Wayne. They just wanted to add Fountains of Wayne after Adam's name for those who didn't know who he was, it was only referring to Adam, not James.

He does look good in that pic.i still prefer the black hair but at least he's looking less like bleached puffa-fish these days...and it's less mullety/farach fawcet/omg eww these days by the looks of things. ,aybe he finally got hairdresser that doesn't hate him?

an er yeh he's doign some music stuf too. yay. I sitll want another solo album tough. or 'let's get down!' a disco remix of let it come down. it'd be great.
