the only info I got about the lineage is that it's VID-?>WAV>SHN>CDR-0>EAC>FLAC>your copy
I'm not sure but I think it's from a Pro-VID (SPFC mentions only a PRO-VID for that date).
I know that this show is the rehearsal session for the show at the NBC Studios the next day.
