Hugo Boss Prize

I saw this on Wikipedia's site. I've never even heard of that award before, but I was checking out the winning and losing artist.

I get inspired when I see artworks that I think are worse than mine, do you?

Also, are you bothered by some art types? One lady used her computer to find a photo (or she took the pic.), wrote a paragraph below it, then she printed it out and called it art......is it? Some were OK, but the majority wasn't impressive to me. Or a shoe rack with yucky discount store shoes.

Or even John Lennon's and Yoko Ono's "Bagism" (wikip). I guess I find Yoko's art pretty interesting.

But if one person says it's art, I guess it is.

Art is really subjective. You're no genius if you find something that comes from nothing. But if the asthetics are right, then yeah, go for it. It's up to ze minds eye.
