Either "environs" or "cello", the former makes me laugh, the latter is very phoenetically pleasing.

Best cheese ever= Drunken Goat from Spain. Soooo good. They brush the outsides of the cheese with red wine and let it sit in caves while it ferments. It's very sweet and slightly soft.
