Why does Blamo "black out"?

Every night around the same time Blamo seems to "black out". I won't be able to get to it for about half an hour and it says that the server can't be found. Why does this happen, and does this happen to anyone else?

I sometimes get that happening for about 5mins. But it's never at the same time, and so it doesn't really bother me.

It happens all the time at around 4am-5am eastern. It's running a lot of daily maintaince things then. I'm thinking about ways I can help get rid of that downtime without having to buy a new server, as revenue for blamo isn't going up much lately to afford new hardware.
