wtf
It's the most awful fucking online comic in fucking existence and yet its awfulness is addicting, so I still read it.
Impossibly shallow characters, faux-witticisms in EVERY MOTHERFUCKING FRAME just to keep said characters relatively interesting and "clever," and, occassionally, music criticism that reeks so much of "I haven't actually listened to the fucking record" that it makes me want to kick the human race in its collective junk repeatedly for giving birth to such a fucking abomination.
The only reason I ever really got into it was the push-and-pull love connection between Marten and Faye, BUT THAT'S OVER NOW OR SOMETHING BECAUSE HE'S ALL SHITFACED OVER DORA AND HE'S FORGOTTEN ALL OF HIS LONGING FOR FAYE MAGICALLY. I am so pissed and wondering why I read this fucking thing.

OMG I LOVE Calvin and Hobbes! But I saw this on ytmnd.com and I almost cried, it was so sad!
Barbara

I've never read that one Maddie, I think I've read all the calvin and hobbes comics at some point, over the years I've collected a pretty large stack of the books. I'm not familiar with YTMND, that's a fan-made comic and not an actual Watterson comic isn't it? It is really sad!!, but that's probably what would happen if Calvin's parents put him on Ritalin. :( I like the way Watterson ended the series, with "It's a magical world" and them forever exploring and playing in the snow :D I think almost every joy I can remember from childhood has been perfectly captured in Calvin and Hobbes comics.

It's a shame the characters are never drawn as well as the architecture in anime.

I used to watch Heathcliff cartoons when I was little and I thought he was sooooo cool. one of my favorites. but recently I dug up the comics of him and they suck so badly. now I dont know if he was just cool when I was a kid or if theres a big difference between the comics and the cartoons.
another one I used to love, but havn't seen forever is Asterix and obelix. I think I've mentioned that one before.
I lurrrrve Asterix and Obelix. The comic series that is. Asterix himself is actually pretty boring.
