- How many people can you rep in 24 hrs w/out it bitching at you?
- How frequently can you rep an individual w/out it bitching at you?
- What's the min/max reputation you can get?
- What's the relationship between post count and number of rep points you give out? For instance, you only give out +/-2 if you have 1000 posts or less? etc etc

I think the the number of reputation points you give out depends on the amount of reputation you have received. I'm not sure if post count is involved there.

Does anyone know how you can see the reputation points of someone else? And the reputation power (number of points a user can give out)? On Netphoria these are visible, as well as the last reputation comments a user has received. Haven't found this on Blamo yet. All I can see is a certain amount of green or red blocks and a description.

I thought grey was either yeah, they don't have enough posts to make an impact on your reputation (you aren't a member of the community so what you think doesn't matter :O) or one person has given you neg rep and another person has given you pos rep on the same post so it comes out neutral.
