I think it was originally said (or at least rumored) that it was gonna be on the album itself, but that turned out to not actually happen. Kinda too bad actually, since I like it more than the majority of songs of Cassadaga, but whatever.

I bought Digital Ash when it came out, but I have since lost it.
I recently got an iPod, and I'm ripping all of my CDs to it in Apple Lossless.
Does anybody have Digital Ash in a lossless format, preferably Apple Lossless?
I will trade a lossless rip of any of the other albums if you like.
If someone has the CD and wants to share but doesn't know how to rip a CD into a lossless format, I can tell you how. Its pretty simple.

When Noise Floor came out I only was missing a few songs from it, and most of those where previously unreleased, everything else I have in the original release. I've spent years and years amassing my music collection, yet it wasn't a big deal when Noise Floor was released, it's like awesome, now this stuff can be shared with all of his fans. it's definitely just worth buying, and all of his releases for that matter.

oh and if you like saddle creek, you may as well just get a record player, there is going to be limitless stuff released on vinyl only, and it's really not that hard to find used record players, and companies are starting to make decent, affordable new ones too.

I experienced the same phenomena when Noise Floor first came out.
I actually don't have many tracks on the Noise Floor Album in iTunes because all of the songs are scattered throughout my collection in their original releases. I believe you have given me a higher quality version of Entry Way Song. I have the original version, complete with album art, if you'd like.
EDIT: I now see that it was Bread and Fruit that gave me that mp3. I have the original version of Its Cool, We Can Still Be Friends complete with album artwork if you would like that.

I have 100 dollars in my bank account, and I'm going through college right now, and I need tons of paint, gesso, and wood for my figure painting final, so pretty soon I'll have 0 dollars in my bank account.

it could have been on a radio show but i've heard all of the radio shows conor sings on that i'm aware of and i'm pretty sure i hadn't heard that song ever like that before last night. it was definitely a lot more traditionally bright eyes sounding (aka depressing with vocals and music both a lot lower and a little bit of that contemptuous sound he sometimes does with his voice like he's really pissed off), but it could have been the show you're talking about, i might not have heard it.

the only hypocracy i'd point out is that Motion Sickness was released on Team Love but has never been up as a free download from the label.

Conor uses his selling power to attach himself to artists he likes. Nothing wrong with that, and free downloading is a great promotional tool. It's what got me into a Capgun Coup fan. But he also knows that's it's a business and it's got to be profitable.

Yes i like mayday (its not the same as lullaby though) and im aware that Lullaby broke up years ago. However, the members (at least Ted and Mike that i know of) are still friends and still making music, so theres always a slim possibilty that they could get together and make another record. Thatd be awesome

Very interesting! Good investigative work, sandra. What exactly is this eludevisibility.org place? Just somewhere to list your live recordings? Or to share them? Is it possible to somehow download or otherwise obtain these shows? The setlist closely mirrors the one for the mystery show, but isn't exactly the same, so I'm thinking they're probably two different shows, but the date is wrong for one of them (I highly doubt they played two shows the same day). I didn't even know Conor was already playing with M. Ward way back in 2002. I'd really love to get my hands on that video though! As far as I know, the performance of "No Prayer" from the mystery show is the only known recording of that song ever, so I'd love to see (!) a live (different?) performance of it. I really love the song, and've always been pretty disapponted Conor never decided to record it professionally.

this is so sick. i have the same dvd and i remembered desaparecidos on a dvd i had but i totally forgot about the bright eyes show (which wasnt defined as the hoboken show back then). i even downloaded the youtube videos a few weeks ago. certainly the whole show is better :wizard: considering the fact i did lots of researches for the hoboken and the other show the day before this makes it even sicker. soo thanks for reminding me. must have also downloaded via torrent some years ago..

ummmm, there's a bunch of blue at the end because it was ripped straight from a dvd that Fred (the guy whose house the concert is being played in) sent my friend in Sweden who in turn sent to me. He was having trouble ripping it so he sent it to me in hopes that I could make it work. I could, but however I'm dumb and couldn't figure out how to tell my computer to only rip the occupied parts of the disk, alas the blue.

unfortunately, all I know about it is that it took place at Fred's house and it likely took place in 2002, the only year the band ever toured. Sorry!

At the beginning of "Willow Wood" Conor says "Todd will play & then Tim will play."
I'm assuming that he's referring to Todd Baechle/Fink. Considering the fact that Conor didn't mention anything about Steve, these performances probably took place at different times. I'm not sure though.

open either one of the icons and drag the folder with all the music into it. a lil box should pop up and just hit OKAY or something to that affect. should then turn that folder into a rar or zip file and it usually saves to the desktop, you can choose where to save it I think. Any ways now you have it saved so go to mediafire or something like it, maybe megaupload since it might be bigger than 100mb. upload it there and post the link.

Just right click on the folder containing the album, go to send to, then click compressed (zipped) folder.
Then upload the zipped folder using mediafire. Then post the download link.

Neither have leaked. A bit too early for that. The best we have is one recorded show, which is quite good quality. You can hear all the album songs besides souled out (which you can hear on the website anyway). Gimme a sec to find a link.
