I loved the island, and the inhabitants. I just thought at times it was a little long in places and the special effects could have been better. And parts were horribly unbelievable. I give it a 2 out of 5.

A lot of it, i felt, was just Peter Jackson stroking his own ego with the special effects. The movie easily could've 45 minutes to an hour shorter and it would've been a lot better.


And they needed to stop having close-ups of that freakin girls face. I swear to God, that was 50% of the movie.
