Cause i think this could be one of the best Elliott songs ever.

I don't know if he recorded it but I'm gonna have to agree with you. This song is awesome. I've been listening to three versions of this song: the Confusion mix bootleg version, another live bootleg (w/ faster "angles style" finger picking) and then the fan/sweetyaddy cover (eric metronome, good stuff). I like all the versions that I've heard. Good tune. :)

There's never been any indication that he ever recorded the song. But I would say that it's a good sign that he re-introduced the song around 2001 in concert.

By the way, suggestion now is that the song might be called "My New Freedom."
