What movie is this?

I asked a couple months ago about a film I did not know the name of and someone helped me out. I was wonderng if someone could help me again..

This is what I remember from the film. A child had a birthmark behind his ear. Something related to the devil I think like a "666" mark or something, I remember the mother noticed the mark. The grandad was 664, the father was 665 and the son was 666. Hope this is enough infomation and someone can help me out. Thanks
