High Tension, or in Francophone - Haute tension

The movie itself was pretty shoddy, considering how illogical it was. Really though, most horror movies aren't too concerned with logic. In the end, people watch it for the gore and mindfuck, and this movie did that well.


Anyone see this? Pretty sick.

It was really fucking sadistic and for that aspect, I should've dug it. The scene where the woman gets her throat slit... jesus. But it went nowhere.
I saw it in the theater and walked out on it about 40 minutes in, something I've never done at a movie. Ever.

I just chose to go re-watch the last half of Star Wars. The "NOOOOOOoooooooooooo" scene made me forget how bad it was.

P.S. The end of High Tension, it all ended like Dallas - it was just a dream. Spoiler or not, you'd have to be pretty pissed at that ending.
