Sounds reasonable to me...sounds as it should.

your weak link is that Peavey mixer, though. That company just plain sucks.

yeah, crate is the way to go in terms of mixers....american made, super high quality, affordible, easy to use....

I absolutely disagree with you. Crate mixers are on the same level as peavey as far as sound quality goes. That is, of course, MY OPINION, regarding the matter based on what I've heard out of each. I'd take a mackie over a crate any day of the week, but even Mackie's aren't that amazing. Really good sounding mixers are going to cost a bit more than any of those three.
