I quite like your set list. Why not form a tribute band and me and my friend Adam will open for you with our Rilo Kiley tribute band?

Now we're talking!!
Recently hinted to my girlfriend that I am looking for a new band after 2 years without one. I just laughed out loud when I thought of what her reaction might be to hearing that it was going to be a BEyes tribute band. Still smiling.

No, but I did have a dream the other night where I hit him in the face with a basketball because he couldn't play simply the best by tina turner on a xylophone. It wasn't the most true to life dream, my mother was on drums and I seemed to be the bandleader. He kind of looked a lot like Bernard Black too.

hey y'all,
the show was incredible! i really enjoyed will mason (the first opener) and of course, sons and daughters kicked some serious arse.
anyway, he did indeed play a selection from all of the records.
i never take notes so i don't have a full set list, but here is what i remember:
sunrise, sunset
bowl of oranges
something vague
old soul song
napolean's hat
the calendar hung itself
false advertising
oh, you are the roots that sleep beneath my feet and hold the earth in place
gold mine gutted
kathy with a k's song
lua
let's all shit ourselves
anyway, if you have tickets get ready for a really excellent show!

Jinx! (no returns). Have you identified how you would like me to relay this DVD to you yet?
The drugs drop method sounded fun, but it could go wrong and someone would pinch it, so i don't know. but maybe, yes... i don't know

oof, I'm jealous, I would like to see that one. Also I think there would be more sincerity in Conor singing it to me and several hundred other people than when my ex used to "serenade" me with it. Cough. Not that I'm bitter or anything.

I've seen Bright eyes six times before this show, and they have been my band since I was thirteen. I can safely say this is best and most emotional performance I have witnessed yet.
It was nice to see Conor has gained more of a tough guy persona also.
During his perfomance of first day of my life he stopped the song to demand that the audience did not sing along. He continued to announce
"Deep down I'm a bit of an asshole. You can blame my mother"
After that announcement he restarted the song.
Here is the set list in the exact order!
1.The Big picture
2.Arianette
3.A new arangement
4.The calender hung itself
5.Hit the switch
6.Nothing gets crossed out
7.the movement of a hand
8.Old soul song
9.Falling out of love at this volume
10.Napolean's Hat
11.You will,you will....
12.Kathy with a K's song
Encore
1.First day of my life
2.Something Vague
3.Let's not shit ourselves(to love and to be loved)

Thanks for the update! He's varying the setlists a bunch. I would be STOKED to hear 'The Movement of a Hand' and 'A New Arrangement'.
