I was a huge fan of Firefly so I was really happy to see Serenity. I started crying in the theater. :(

Sorry you silly cunt, I really didn't think there were any fans here since in the past I started a thread about the show and one in anticipation of the movie that got zero responses. Besides, you ought to know by now that Joss loves to rip out people's hearts, fill them with pins, and step on them. I apologize.

i loved the show, and thought the movie was fantastic. i went with a friend who'd never seen the show, and he loved the movie too. it was funny as hell.

Just saw the movie, after watching the entire season of Firefly and reading the bridging comics. Holy flying crap it was good. My favourite movie of the year. Makes George Lucas look like he works for Disney.

Thank you for doing all of that. I love the show/movie and all the stuff that goes with it and I tried getting people into it when we were trying to save the show. I'm happy when I hear that other people love it, too. I'm such a dork.

There's nothing dorkish about liking Firefly. It's good sci-fi - something this world has been lacking in a long time, thanks to Lucas.

It'll be a great shame if Serenity turns out to be the last time we ever see that universe, those characters, that ship. If Hollywood was smart, they'd be at Whedon's doorstep on their knees right now.

I know it's not dorky to love Firefly. There are just moments when the rabid fan will come out of me. Also, Alan Tudyk is hot. :-o

I only just clicked the other day that he was the pirate guy in DodgeBall.

Inara and Kaylee are uber hot. Oh, and the red-head succubus chick who I can never remember the name of.
