in a namless dreams

I adore the song. And, as awkward as they are, I like the lyrics a great deal.

I also like the line "fall down the stairs again". The song has a terrific domestic feel to it. I kinda think of "Home" in the same way.

"Real Love" is so good. I actually like the first verse more than the lines you mentioned, though.
"Fall into the century on a supersonic cross." We all know Billy is Jesus come back from the dead or is it Jimmy omg JC!!!!!11
I'm done.

It would have been cool if they had actually played this song live at some point, but I don't think they did, did they?
Machina II has some classic songs on it!

Yeah, according to spfc.org, it was never played.
Yeah, it's a great song, but I always had problems with the production as well. If the band comes out with a new album, they should redo the song haha ;).

am I the only one who liked the production? I love how it's just kinda this wall of sound, but brittle. I wouldn't attempt it on anything else though.

Or live, for that matter.

I wish 'Home' could have made it on Adore. I dunno if it had even been written yet tho. I think it fits more than LMGTWTY, even though it's not on Adore either like Billy wanted.

Or live, for that matter. i can imagine it live, like Fuck You from the GH DVD except more melodic

I hate the production on both Machinas, but come to find it I agree with you about Real Love. I would add Blue Skies Bring Tears to the list, too.

i love this song, i could picture it acoustic. that would be very nice.
It would suck acoustic. I hate it when bands think it's an easy way to convey more emotion in a song to just play it acousticly. Case in point: Muzzle. It's ok acoustic, but electric it's breathtaking.

This Time acoustic is brilliant...I have it from one of the machina shows...quality gig!
They did it far too often, I only have one electric version and I prefer it so much.

I have one acoustic version of This Time too, I love it. But Fabs right, some just cannot be pulled off. I mean, they still sound great but lack the punch. Like I have a acoustic show with Soma and it's great n all to hear it that way for a change. But I really dont think Home would sound good acoustic. I think it would lose that 'rolling' feel to it. Kinda like how Set the Ray to Jerry flows. I was listening to Home on the way to work this morning and it just gives me chills. It's probably one my most fave Pumpkins tunes. I think Jimmy's drumming too is exceptional in this song. It really lifts it that much higher. I wish TFE had more of Jimmy's work but then again, I suppose that woulda been the Pumpkins.
