Perhapse a bit of that. But i think its also an expression of how much influence large corperations, and individual wealthy citizens have on a government which is supposed to represent the interests of the population at large.

I trust myself more than the rich or poor. Except for Rice Krispy Treats, I don't trust myself with those.

I've met some interesting vagrants in my walks of life, that probably wouldnt be half-bad in a position of power. They're very down-to-earth, so down-to-earth they even sleep on it man.

Xanax are sooo popular here, they are not my favorite but they do relax you real good and some people seem to have a real good time on them. Me, I just zonk out and go to sleep usually. I prefer darvocet for prescriptions... makes me feel so goooood... sleep is so great

Wow, Danny & Fraser getting along, who knew? lol

I've tried xanax before and thought it was pretty nice, but didn't really compare to the pharmaceutical opiods. Opiates/opiods can be very, very nice, but taken for too long, and it tends to make the emotional system rather finicky. As long as the person taking them knows what they’re doing, and spaces out use, it’s fine. Otherwise, they can be quite nasty.

Why are you all on drugs?

Hi There, Am Pam

Better question is, why would we not be on drugs?

Well, actually, I'm sober except for that extra strong cup of instant coffee I made. I hate instant coffee.

The real problem with too-frequent use is that it diminishes the effects to the point of not existing.

Yes, and once that happens, it's easy for the uninformed to just take more, which works.... except then you start to get physical withdrawls. Let me tell you, trying to sleep while going through opiod withdrawl is an inexplicable hell. But if you're smart enough to avoid that and wait it out until your tolerance goes back down, it's not so bad.

More importantly, it's too expensive.
