The longest I've ever been awake was 36+ hours when I was 11...12?

So I come home from work one day and my neighbor's playing this ugly metal-ish music really loud and the walls are shaking and it's friggin' 4am in the morning and then the next thing I know I had to go to work without any sleep. I wrote a nasty note, but I never sent it to him because I was pretty sure he'd figure out it was me and then he'd just crush every little bone in my fragile body.

I was awake for around 40 hours this year when I was traveling back home to Dayton, Ohio from Oklahoma City. But I did catch a little 15 minute catnap that morning in the airport with my friend BethAnn on my shoulder. Maybe a few other little naps on the plane. I dunno if that counts...

Either way, I was hella tired.

Last time I flew to seattle I was up from 10 AM one day until 5 AM the day after. so I guess that'd be....31 hours.

Probably about 35ish hours when I did acid for the first time. Well I took it in the evening after having been awake all day then I was tripping for 18 hours so yeah.

Soldiers do without sleep all the time though. Tiredness is a mental block which you must push through, much like hunger to a fat person. That said, I think sleeping is probably one of my favourite pastimes EVER. :zzz:

I don't know what graffing is...plus there's this security camera in the hallway that sees everything apparently.

The most I've been away for is 48hrs straight...that wasn't because of work...it was pleasure....crashed out for about 24 hours afterwards....when I was at uni there used to be a house that just used to have continous parties and it had a brilliant garden with bonfires and stuff....I'm off to go see charlie and the chocolate factory now!

I wasn't at the house party for 48 hours!...good god, no...but was up for 48 straight inc. party....I don't often sleep at festivals either.

although when I've been up for a long time, I crash like a bastard afterwards.

I've been up since 830am yesterday. I had to pull an all nighter to complete various assignments. The only real sucker punch was when collecting my pictures for a photography assignment and there appeared to be no pics <\3. I cannot wait to sleep tonight

I wouldn't stay up all night to do any kind of work. Fairly early on I will say "This is hopeless, I can't possibly do this, clearly I am a failure in life and I might as well escape into the heady embrace of sleep right now."

Drug induced, around 48 hours. Sleep deprivation is a wonderful thing! By the end of the second night I was lucidly hallucinating tiny people harnessing my cat to a little cart.
