So far I'm not sure what I do. I've been asked to create something called a "Cost Points Report" by the end of the week. From what I understand it is to be a one or two page Word document and should take about fifteen minutes to compile. Other than that, I check email, talk to ad reps, and file applicants' resumes in "rejected" as soon as they arrive by mail, fax, or email. Sometimes I check voicemail.
