The Smashing Pumpkins- Machina
Zwan- Mary Star of The Sea
The Pixies- Surfer Rosa
Guns N Roses- Use Your Illusion 1 & 2
Audioslave- Audioslave
Rage Against The Machine- Renegades
A Perfect Circle- Emotive
Silverchair- Freak Show
Nirvana- Incesticide

Ryan Adams - "Love is Hell"

Honestly, what the fuck is this shit? I was expecting something atleast mediocre. But it was complete shit.

Smashing Pumpkins - "Pisces Iscariot"

Besides the first track this album is a big platter of useless crappy music. (as is most of their music. Though on most of their albums there are a couple songs I can stand)

I have loads but the one that always sticks in my mind is Fenix TX ‘Lechuza’; I keep it as a reminder to never make such ridiculous impulse purchases in future.

To be fair, they could've at least cut most of the material in this and made one disc worth of good USE YOUR ILLUSION. You would have to agree to this at least.

I agree. There are some pretty damn good songs on both of the albums but I can't stand listening to them all the way through.

It's hard to live up to Appetite For Destruction though.

Razorlight - 'Up All Night'. Absolutely fucking awful.

Ryan Adams - 'Gold'

There are probably loads of others, but those two are the most obvious

It was an album for the fans due to the outcry for more material. Shouldn;t have bought it if you thought they were so bad you shitefiend. Who are your influences?

I agree whole heartedly about Ryan Adams, he is a Royal cunt and anyone who listens to his music deserves to have shit shovelled into their mouth as punishment.

I actually really liked Pisces Iscariot though, but I have grown tired of it. But, why the hell would you buy it if you hate so much of their stuff? Do you like wasting money or something?

Well, besides their hit songs on the radio, this was the first full album I had heard. (I bought it because a friend of mine was into the Smashing Pumpkins and said this was a good place to start) And I immediately wanted to stab myself in the eye for buying this.

they're no 311, Weezer or Creed that's for sure! and their albums don't come free with crates of bud light or copies of Star magazine either.

There's quite a few good songs off that album. Starla is my favorite, with that awesome guitar solo. Pissant is quite a rocker as well. Man, I feel like such a tool describing those songs. Anyway, I'm just surprised that you thought the first track was the best.

As far as Use Your Illusion 1 & 2, they defintely could have trimmed that down and would have been left with a very, very solid album

Their first two albums are indeed overrated, next two under-. Solo Lou Reed is best of all.

all my bad CDs are a result of christmas gifts. but i bought the Kasabien album, so thats definately one. Razorlight - up all night, the 2 strokes' albums and the thrills - so much for the city.

The Coral. Proof that sounding unique does not equate to sounding good.

...and I still love Pisces Iscariot.

Iīm sure there are many I wish I had never bought. But the obvious one is of course Spin Doctors - Pocket Full Of Kryptonite ( D: ) . But I was very young when I bought it, so I might be forgiven for that one.

The last really crappy albums I bought was Ryan Adams - Love Is Hell part 1, AND part 2. Just awful! And Mars Volta - De Loused In The Comatorium ( ). That album is WAY overrated IMO. A boring band with no songs, trying to sound important.

I should point out that there a lot of worse music out there than Mars Volta. But this album is one of the few albums I bought in the last couple of years that I donīt like.

I did kind of like At the drive-in. Relationship of Command is a great album. So my expectations were high when I bought De-Loused In The Comatorium. But I was very dissappointed by the lack of real songwriting on the album. I guess I prefer the more punky songbased sound of At The Drive-In.

I do like a lot of bands that are not doing the conventional 4 minute songs with verse, chorus etc, but for some reason I canīt get in to Mars Volta. I just canīt shake the feeling of boredom when I listen to them.

I bought Francis the Mute because it was cheap as fuck, and it's finally starting to grow on me. I think I'l have to get Deloused because everyone says it's better.

I think Nirvana is in-fucking-tolerable music for Mongoloids and any fondness I have for the Smashing Pumpkins* at this point stems from nostalgia alone and the Velvet Underground is overrated and boring at least 60% of the time.

*Fair disclosure: I do think that Zwan album is the only album Billy Corgan has done that I can unreservedly say I think is very good.
