It can be accessed here:

It's still new, so please help it kick off.
Thanks,
Chris

it's cool and all that you have this, but, there are already several pretty big forums... what makes you think there is need for another?

Final Score (out of ten): After reading two of the threads that had more than one post, and deliberating with myself about how much I liked and hated the uselessness of this new forum at the same time, I give the TFE forum a total of 5/10 (for effort)

I don't know. I guess personally, I don't like really big communities. Just too many people, so hard to keep up. I'm more of a fan of the smaller communities. So I thought I'd give it a shot. I didn't plan for it to pan out well with majority of the fan base, but at least I tried, and you never know, even 5-10 regular members is enough to get a community going. Plus it was also an excuse to not study for my exams.

Well, traffic has been a little slow lately, so I just wanted to bump this thread to see if anyone else shows any interest.
I'm actually looking for 2 fans who are interesting in moderating at my forum. Specifically, someone who wants to moderate the JCC, MADM, Zwan or James Iha forums, but not required. Please join and PM me for details.
Thanks,
Chris

But it's on the dying billy-corgan.com forums you should be advertising.
And haha Liam, you're a mod at that board. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLL111111!

Not that I'm going to make a habit of doing this, so no blatent flaming is needed :p I just wanted to let others know that we're still alive and kicking. There's been a lot of downtime lately due to personal issues of mine, but it's ready to be revived. It has been updated with a portal. If any members here would like to help out a smaller, weak and somewhat dead board get back on it's feet, we'd love to see you there.

maybe they are trying to distance themselves from the people they don't like on existing messageboards.

until i became involved in this messageboard, i thought, naively, that i was the only one who said boo-urns.
thanks to the internet, i've discovered i am not the only one who says

Hi guys,
I’ve disappeared again for a little while, but I’m back. I'm slowly making my way through some of these boards again, as well as trying to get mine back on track.
TheFutureEmbrace forum is still up and running. Traffic is a little slow, but we are optimistic that people will start trickling in soon enough! We’d love to see you there, discussing one of the greatest bands of all time. We’re currently looking for fresh blood! Interested in becoming a part of our staff team? Join the board and PM the administrators for more information!
Hope to hear from you. (Nothing negative I hope)

What does your message board offer that the other major message boards dont?
Blamo and Netphoria have their loyal boarders or lurkers. The reason Thepumpkins.net took off as a message board is because it offered a lot to download. A lot of other SP message boards that are dead still offer a few downloads not found anywhere else. Well my point is why does the community need another message board if its got three perfectly good ones?

Shoot I should really read the whole forum before posting.....
Well my point still stands as why we would need another forum?
(this time it can be an updated answer)
