i had to cast a provisional ballot because i got an absentee ballot and then did it in pen (cuz that's what you do at the polls!) only to find a teeny pencil hidden inside my packet for my use. so since i screwed it up, i drove home yesterday and they gave me a provisional ballot...so i guess it won't be counted for quite a few days, which is lame. though something tells me my kerry vote won't change alabama from red to blue. :(

and why the hell aren't ohio's votes in or what have you? i went to bed last night and didn't see much go down, and i just woke up to see that, of course, the deciding state isn't in yet. the election gods are laughing at us...er something.
