Echo Park other unreleased

Is Echo Park a song? Is there a recording of it somewhere? If so, when was it written?
Somewhat related.....I have heard not to ever expect anything from Roman Candle era, but if Condor Avenue was written when he was 17....has anyone heard some similar songs written during/ before Roman Candle?

All we know is that Echo Park exists. Lyrics are handwritten in a picture in Autumn's book.

We know nothing of recordings, etc. Not sure when it was written, and I dont have the book handy so I'm not sure if there's any evidence toward a date on whatever it's written on. I doubt it says.

pre-Roman Candle era recordings we know of: MOC tape. thats about it.
