Yes, but I believe the original poster is referring to the Charlie of this forum, who is not Elliott's step father. I can't remember who this Charlie is other than a pretty cool and important dude.

charlie had an elliott smith fan site up and i forget the chronological order but somewhere along the line, sweet addy became part of blamonet thanks to aaron , and elliott asked charlie if this could be the official site.

he has also entertains the board from time to time with pictures and information!

other than that, it seems like he has a life outside of sweetaddy, as his 600 post count hints at. so charlie himself the man walking around in wherever he lives... is still a mystery! legend has it he has gotten to meet cool people.
