"Wait not much longer!!! Our new full-length--Someone Else's Deja Vu--to be released this Spring on Saddle Creek!!!!!!!!!!!"

I'm so damn excited for this. I was obsessed with Key (2004) for months.

Key is a fucking great album. Plus people request all sorts of non bright eyes related stuff in the bootleg thread.

I am excited for this new album, it's been a while in the making. I saw Son, Ambulance in early 2005 maybe, in LA, Joe kept getting electrocuted by the microphone and they only played four songs. As I tried to drive back home my car died and I sort of got stranded in Long Beach. It was worth it though.

Oh this is great news! Thanks. I guess I should add them as a myspace friend. I heard that Saddle Creek and Team Love will be participating at South By Southwest this year. I tried to check it out on the website but I couldn't find anything, also it is very expensive ( like $600 ). If they do participate, I am going to try to make it because I live in the area and I don't have to fly or anything.

i always gotta be a raincloud here. i tried to give this a listen today on my really long drive for work. I turned it off during track 4. Not really a fan of Joe's voice in this album, but I will give it another listen, maybe it's not driving music.

Yeah his voice is different on this album, more natural sounding. I love this record. Yesterday Morning is my favourite track. The whole album is very easy listening.

I'd have to look at the booklet again for the exact instruments, but it seems like they are using alot on the first 5 or so songs, it almost has a whole bossa nova feel to it.
