This was actually the first song I heard Pimp C on. I used to listen to Master P a lot back when I was in 5-6th grade. Don't anymore, of course, but I still like this song. It has heart.

I'm not too much of a fan of UGK or Pimp C or any of em, but that's still pretty sad. Just to die outta nowhere is tragic. And young. The only time I've really heard him is on Big Pimpin', sad to say.

I guess he's finding out. UGK and Master P weren't the most cerebral, sophisticated hip-hop artists (Aceyalone the penultimate opposite IMHO), but boy they still rock my socks anyways :)

I TA an undergrad class and we always do current events discussion at the beginning. The professor was kind enough to let me mention Pimp C. Most of the kids groaned, but one mumbled "UGK will never be the same." Give that kid an A!
