I just saw Bright Eyes in Birmingham and these guys opened. They blew me away. I bought both the albums they had on sale and I got the vinyl signed by all of them. Super nice guys. They drew hearts and smiley faces on their pictures on the back of the album (They were a little tipsy).

Anyway, I'll quit beatin' around the bush and just say you need to check them out. You guys'll really appreciate them. They're from upstate New York and they're very Dylanish. Seriously though, they are incredible despite the lackluster band name.

Hey Hey Revolver (http://tunes.ickmusic.com/heyheyrevolver.mp3) one of their best songs (from the limited amount I've been able to listen to)

Their Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/thefelicebrothers) Try out Frankies Gun

Sorry, I know it's annoying to promote bands like this on message boards, but I'm doing it because I really do think you'll like them a lot.

I just saw them with Bright Eyes in Memphis! I liked them too. They didn't play my favorite though. I loooove "Roll on Arte". I haven't really listened to the rest of the album much, I guess I will do that.

They were a great live band. Roll on Arte is one of the standouts from what I've listened to also.

With a name like the Felice Brothers I just didn't expect much.

I must admit it, I rather like them.

Got a nice Dylanish ramblin sound to them.

how about an upload for the general welfare of society? :D

oh and p.s. : i am jealous. what was the setting? a theater or standing? did he stick to cassadaga or ramble off into the wonderful unknowns of previous escapades?

Only a few Cassadage songs. A lot of I'm Wide Awake and Lifted. It was a very nice Theatre.

Anyway, I'd upload but I have no clue how. And I think you should buy it.
