so ya know that blue screen that says you're fucked?

i've been getting that and then my computer restarts...and then it happens again. anyway, my question is is there anything i can do other than taking it somewhere? it tells me to try starting up in safe mode and i tried that, but it still came up with the fatal error/i'm dead screen. please advise.

In the past when I/my relatives had that problem, a large number of restarts would eventually get it to work. However, If you get it to work, back up your data immediately and then wipe the drive & reinstall windows. That's the only option I can think of.
