i love fall. do you?

really, it's my favorite season. and it's so pretty in chicago. i love the nature of the sunlight this time of year, the leaves, and most of all, halloween!

i thought the title was a bit dyslexic then i realised fall = autumn :D

it's crappy so far because people are coughing and sneezing everywhere i turn.

but autumn + spring are the prettiest seasons:)

Yeah, I'm from Illinois about 3 hours from Chicago. Super small town, nothing like the "feel" of fall setting in and arriving. I just got back from taking a bike ride around town, twas beautiful :)

I love spring a lot, too. There's something to appreciate about all seasons, but when you live where I do, winter and summer are just total "extremes" which are nice but get old after a while. Spring and fall on the other hand, I could definitely deal with on a full time basis.

Me, too! I live near lots of forest preserve and bike paths, and the fall colors are stunning. We're usually lucky to have decent autumns--spring is usually brief, goes from too cold to too hot with little in-between (except this year).

Fall in TN is awesome with all the tree-covered rolling hills. Definitely the best season.

But Spring, Summer, and Winter just suck here.

It's always so perfect here in the Fall...I think I'm a happier person then. I love living in a neighborhood where everything's within walking distance because long walks in the fall were the best last year! It was 107 again today though so I don't think that's gonna happen anytime soon. :(
I'm looking forward to getting in my car without having to let a bag of ice sit in my son's carseat for 10 minutes before we leave! Seriously, it is getting so difficult to do all day. :no:
