stupid question about posting pics

seems whenever I try hotlinking something it works fine.

however when I try and post stuff from my photobucket account or from my own computer, I can get a link to show up, but not a picture.

wtf is up with that? any ideas?

idk but it happens to me too sometimes when i use certain sites.
