Apple to Microsoft: Don't Bother Upgrading The Zune

New iPod Nanos (now with bigger screens and capacity), 80 GB and 160 GB iPod Classics (and still they're thinner than the previous generation) and iPod Touch with Wi-Fi, Safari and a wireless iTunes Store.

and it's still going on.

4 GB iPhone is gone, only the 8GB remains and it's price has been dropped to $399, $200 lower than it's initial price.

iPod Touch comes in 8GB and 16 GB models (this probably is a prelude to the next iPhone which will be 16 GB most likely)

The iPod Touch sounds like heaven (or as close to it as we can get). I know that to maintain its slim physique like its sibling, the iPhone, the iPod Touch (Can't we just call it the iTouch or is that already copyrighted? ;-) utilizes flash memory rather than a hard drive which explains the low memory capacity compared to the now dubbed iPod Classic. I'm still not a big fan of the iPhone despite the $200 price drop. I also don't like the new video Nano which does have a bigger screen than its predecessor but I feel that it's still too small. However, let's get back to the iPod Touch, with Wifi-capability, the widescreen with multi-touch interface, web browsing, etc. Did I mention Wifi? :bananamanic:

P.S. I wonder how all of those people who waited in line for hours to buy the iPhone for at least $499 feel.

I've been waiting for this. I held out on buying the 5G and I'm glad I did. I feel bad for my brother; he just got an iPod about two months ago.

Time to upgrade! The question is if I should get the Classic or the Touch; 16GBs isn't enough, and 80GBs is a bit too much.
