Personally, my favorite brand is Taiyo Yuden, since the quality is superb (above website has a testing section, and Taiyo Yuden is in the top in regards to quality.) Check back often, since deals on Taiyo Yuden cd's and DVD’s are posted very often. For instance, a few weeks ago, you could get 100 DVD-r's for $30 (sometimes the deal is even better - usually through http://www.supermediastore.com/)
