Yes I mean the euphemism for that femine time of the month.

Ok so when A.I is visiting or you know A.I is visiting someone else...

How do you cope and handle it?

Not just a thread for the ladies or men with female counterparts/partners.

I'm curious, I guess I mean how do you cope with the mood swings and drama associated with pmt more that the maintenance of hygiene or anything like that.

I apologize a lot.

It can be made easier with lots of gifts of chocolate and flowers, neatly set where I will find them. :org::yes:

Anything that releases good ole endorphins- a healthy jog or not so healthy chocolate. aerobics is supposed to be good or a swim. i guess that covers the moods part. that is if your lucky enough not to be crippled with cramps- in that case you will be in too much pain to move and worrying about moods, exercise and such won't come into it.

Aunt Irma :scared:

Luckily I don't get PMS.

But chocolate and books help. :)

Are you trying to ask if the spousal abuse you endure every month is normal?? Because it totally is but you can help this by:
1.Being super extra nice
2. Giving her good chocolate
3. Not making stupid jokes

I know its normal, just takes some getting used to. My wife is not so bad usually but she has come off one birth control pill to go on to another. I love her dearly  and can't wait for her to be regulated again. I know she reads my posts from time to time so I guess I am trying to identify with other people about this phenomenon.
