it's not chocolate pudding...the recipie book calls it something fancier that i can't really read, but it's basicly chocolate pudding, I think: whipping cream, chocolate pieces, sugar, vanila and egg yokes ( I don't know how I feel about the egg yokes).
It turned out ok, but the texture is really weird and I'm not sure if it's the cream or the egg yokes and either way I don't know how to fix it. texture like this is only good in tapioca.
so anyway, if anyone has a clue about the chemestry of this stuff and wants to offer me advice on how to fix it, that'd be great.
