my xbox broke.D: wanna get something else, cause its pretty unfixable. should i get a wii or a 360? 360'd be nice cept i would need to spend another 100 bucks for the hardrive to play older box games. wii'd be cool cept it really has a limited # of games that fit my peferences. still, cheaper than 360. which should i choose, based on personal experience.:mdk:

a ds? why.
ive had some bad experiences with my friends and their DS's. besides, there really aren't any good games. a psp would be better if i wanted a portable thing.

pc, yes, but ill get a laptop for free when i go to college. id rather wait until then then buy one with my own money right now.

my current computer is all messed up, despite the fact that it is new. all ive really played on it is diablo. other games, im afraid would mess it up again.

Do not get a 360 without a hard drive. That's just retarded. But seriously, if you already have a library of xbox games, why wouldn't you just upgrade to the 360? The only downside is that you can't really close it up in a cabinet and it's better for it to run standing upright instead of horizontally. Of course it might also make you want to buy an HDTV.

But really, the deciding factor should be what kind of games you want to play. If you like shooter/action games, then the 360 is a no-brainer. If you want novelty party games for your friends to play when they visit, get a Wii. If you want to have an expensive piece of hardware that will allow you to brag about having an expensive piece of hardware, then buy a PS3. I dunno too much about the hand held market, but everything I've heard suggests that the DS is the best bet.

It's a hundred dollars less, but at least he'd be able to install a new hard drive himself. I dunno, a bigger hard drive for less money...nothing wrong with that. Of course he might not get a wireless controller with it for free...whatever

Or just buy another xbox. They're 69 bucks used at many places. Why not. And soft mod it.
