Because I'm always curious about other's eating habits.
Breakfast:
Small bowl of oatmeal w/ strawberries and walnut peices
low sugar hot chocolate w/ milk
Snack:
macadamia nuts
Lunch:
Half a peice of veggie lasagna
Salad w/ apples, dried cranberries, and pecans
Coffee w/ cream and raw sugar
Snack:
lychee ice cream
japanese soda
Dinner:
Toast w/ nutella and homemade lermanberry jam (not the nutritionally best choice)

Breakfast:
large poor-boy, stuffed with toamtoes, cheese, onions, meats, and lettuce.
one large can of 99cent Arizona sweet tea.
Lunch:
eleven Chich-fil-a's nuggets, and half a thing of baked zitti. large sweet tea. (dried my mouth out) (the tea that is). and a bite of something else good. can't pronounce it.
Snack:
Rockstar and small pack of peanut-butter m&m's.
Dinner:
nothing.
Dessert:
nothing

today i had butter chicken and rice and candy and milk.
for a while i was thinkin bout going back to the ol' dieting routine, yknow salad and nuts and fruits and all that.
but then i realised that i would lose part of my boobs and arse! i'd rather keep my figure and eat what i want and go to the gym.

this is from a few days ago but i checked it on spark people and i had the perfect number of calories, carbs/protein/fat ratio, and had over 100% RDA of all vitamins and minerals, and i'm proud.
breakfast:
muesli with soya, tea, purple plum
snack:
banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, cracker, tea
dinner:
vegetable vol au vents, lentils, cheesy broccoli, yellow plum, milo coffee
snack:
skinny cow berry ice lolly, granola bar
late-night dinner:
quorn spinach and cheese escalope, whole wheat roll, hard-boiled egg, flora
it'll probably only happen a few times a year, but eih.

so i started my 'shape up for hawaii now that your birthday's come and gone so there's no excuse to eat cake' plan today and it went very well!
breakfast:
*4oz lowfat yogurt (peach i think)
*1/4 c. granola
snack:
*10-15 almonds
lunch:
*green salad, 3oz grilled chicken, light caesar dressing
*peach
snack:
*pretzels (i was in a pinch, poor planning)
dinner:
*small cheeseburger (about 2-3oz), 1/2 rye roll
*2 tbs baked beans
snack:
*apple, 2 tbs. peanut butter
AND i drank FIFTY (50!!) ounces of water which is REALLY good for me, i'm bad at drinking enough water.
and i did an hour at the gym. which has nothing to do with what i ate today. not directly, anyway.

geez i eat so much more than everyone lol.
breakfast: fresh baked whole wheat roll, 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter, 1/2 tbsp marmalade,tea
lunch: whole wheat toast, 1/2 avocado, 4 turkey and stuffing quorn slices
dinner: vegetable biryani with quorn and sweet chili sauce
snacks: mocha, apple, cranberry, and raspberry yogurt smoothie, muesli
8 cups water and tea, and 1 hot water with lemon and honey
I never drink 2 litres of actual plain water unless it's flavored. :(
Exercise: running around playing with friends lol, about to strength train before bed with pilates and squats.

snack:

1/4c pasta with tomato sauce
about 2 bites of italian sausage
1/2 wheat roll
1 pierogie
(weird dinner, i know. and def not enough protein or veggies :darn: )
dessert:
weight watchers chocolate cake (these things are seriously awesome and 80 calories)
...and again i'm kicking ass on the water! about 18oz to go before bed.
i gotta be honest kids, i'm dreading the next week. it's about that time and i'm going to be soooo ravenously hungry. :(

6 cups of water, but lots and lots of tea so it all works out

I'm probably going to keep up with my average of 4 bottles of water at work and I'll probably have water with lime at home and maybe a cup of peppermint tea before bed.

I make cucumber parmesan occasionally. Mostly because it's all I can afford, but I love cooked cucumbers, lightly breading them and stuff. Yum.
Today:
Lunch: seasoned lima beans, apple sauce, box of raisins, mini salad, hot chocolate
Dinner: hamburger with lettuce, pickles, and extra ketchup, homemade onion rings
Snacks: Sunflower seeds, cappucino cookies
Yesterday:
Lunch: Mini cheese pizza, cucumbers and fat free ranch dressing, diced pears

brekky: honey bunches of oats with soymilk
lunch: 1/2 hummus, lettuce, and grated carrot sammich on whole wheat bread, almonds, cashews, and raisins
snack: larabar jocolat chocolate coffee raw food bar
dinner: "cheesy" roasted chickpeas, sweet corn, 3 small squares dark chocolate
snack: a teaspoon or two of peanut butter
only 4 glasses of water and one cup of tea. i'm sucking a lot of liquids lately.
