They're all Windows update files. In each folder, is another folder called "update", and a file called "update.exe". I'm assuming these are just temporary files, but before I delete them, I just have to ask... is it alright to actually delete them?
A screen shot of my E drive is attached.

I see u hav a reloaded release
The only explanation I can think of is that windows update automatically puts its files on drive with the most space. It should technically delete them when it is done with them, since they are temporary files. Check and see if windows is installing something in the background.

Reloaded?
Windows isn't installing anything in the background, at least as far as I can tell. I've looked at the processes running, and they're all they standard issue.

You could maybe just try putting them in the Recycle Bin for a couple of days, and just put them back if anything strange happens? I dunno man.

Just delete them. Most windows updates are bullshit anyway.
