has anyone ever had a Popeye's apple pie? holy shit these things are delicious. they had this special when i went yesterday for two pieces of chicken, one side, a biscuit, and an apple pie. my dad and my sister both got the special, but i went ahead and got the three piece chicken, one side and a biscuit combo with a large drink(i mixed pink lemonade with DP., that is gasm material right there). when my father was finished i noticed he hadn't eaten his apple pie(they come in these weird tube things) and i asked if i could try it. i slipped the golden brown, flakey pastry from its sheath, the cinnamon and sugar coating glistening from the carresing warmth of the 30 wat light bulb above. the apple interior, its moist composition having made the inside exquisitely doughy, brought a sort contentment to the room, a sense of complete serenity that silenced everyone within the confines of the restaurant, even the old fat lady who had, as a result of her unsolicited diabetes, fallen into a deep slumber and had begun assaulting us patrons with enormous, wall-shattering gasps akin to the malicious, deformation of a snore. as i sank my brace incased incisors into the delicate pie, a foodgasm the likes of which i had never before dreamt of experiencing permeated through my body, eyes rolling, hands and feet twitching, overcomeing every other sensation my bliss induced form had ever experienced and threw me into a world of pure, untainted pleasure fit only for the vacationing place of :jesus: himself.
