Name Changing

I've set-up the new name changing script. You can do a one time purchase of 2 dollars to buy a name changing credit or you can do it here as many times as you want if you are a paying sponsor of BlamoNet.

Anyways all payments go towards keeping the server going. I'll put a template around it soon, but it's fully functional and ready to use. If you do not have access to change your name, it'll give you instructions on how to obtain credits.
