Clean Shave?

Does anyone on here know exactly how billy gets such a clean shaven head? Maybe electrolysis? I know some people that shave their head completely bald but dont come anywhere near as perfect as what billy has done....This seems to be a mystery yet to be solved.Has anyone ever asked him before?

he actually is bald..you can clearly see his hairline making a horse shoe pattern around the top of his head at a show when he puts his head down sometimes...I don't think he had laser treatment done, if you look at like the for your love dvd, in the studio he hadn't shaved his head for a few days and he had a lot of hair, like a really short buzz cut growing around the side of his head
