| Frank Castle is the Punisher in this film, The Punisher is a character that is from Stan Lee's Marvel Comics series. I never read many comic books in my day, so I don't know how well this translated from to the film. Overall I thought the film was good although a bit corny or over the top at times. Also it reminded me of Rambo meets the Crow.
The basic plot of this movie is Frank Castle an FBI agent does his last task as an FBI agent before retirement. Meanwhile in this task he pisses off a big-time mobster. The mobster punishes Frank by killing his entire family and now the man with nothing to lose will get his revenge on the mobster as the Punisher. Good film for a comic movie, better than Daredevil not as good as X-men or Spiderman although worth the price of admission. Reviewer Rating of Movie : | |
